STEP UP FOR YOUR HEART CHALLENGE FORMAT:
  1. Step Up For Your Heart Challenge is an initiative designed to promote heart health through a fun and interactive challenge. The Step-Up Your Heart Challenge puts heart health to the test by encouraging Participants to climb stairs in real time, for a small duration, while having an engaging light-hearted AI- conversation with Ronit Roy. Upon completion, each Participant will learn how they performed against their competing counterparts, basis the number of steps taken and their level of huffing and puffing.
  2. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Challenge shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”. It is hereby clarified that participation in this Challenge is purely voluntary in nature and all Participants understand and acknowledge the same.
  3. Participant will have to scan the QR Code or click / register onto saffolastepup.marico.in to participate in the Challenge.
  4. Participant will land on the Challenge microsite wherein they will need to fill up the following fields: Name and Mobile number following which an OTP will be shared for verification.
  5. Participant will then be redirected to the main page to take the Saffola Step – Up Challenge & instructions of the same will be conveyed through an auto-play video of celebrity actor, Ronit Roy, on the main page itself.
  6. Participant will be prompted to press “Start” and carry out the task, as instructed, while having a light- hearted AI driven conversation with Ronit Roy.
  7. Upon successful completion of the Challenge, Participants will be given assured rewards at a random basis and the same will be final & binding on the Participants on a non-contestable basis.
ELIGIBILITY OF USE:
Use of this microsite is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including without limitation, minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the microsite. By accessing and using this microsite, the Participant represents that the Participant is of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from entering into a contract under the laws as applicable in India.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please read the below mentioned Terms and Conditions carefully before taking part in Saffola’s Step Up For Your Heart Challenge (“Challenge”) being conducted by Marico Limited (“Limited”). By taking part in this Challenge, the Participant warrants to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Terms and Conditions herein and shall not dispute the same at any point of time.
  1. The Step Up For Your Heart Challenge is valid only from 09.09.2024 to 10.10.2024 (“Challenge Period”). Any entries posted after or before this Challenge Period will not be considered.
  2. Each unique mobile number can participate in the Challenge once & be eligible for any reward only once.
  3. Every participant in the Saffola ‘Step Up For Your Heart’ Challenge will receive assured rewards. These may include discount coupons from Healthians, Boat Smart Rings, Noise Colorfit Pulse 3 as well as one- month CultFit memberships. Rewards will be given to Participants at a random basis and the same will be final & binding on the Participants on a non-contestable basis.
  4. All decisions made by Marico with respect to the Challenge including but not limited to the rewards received by Participants shall be final and binding on all the Participant(s) and in no event shall the Participant(s) dispute the decision made by Marico in connection to the same.
  5. The microsite does not provide medical advice of any kind whatsoever.   7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
  8. Participant’s personal information collected is subject to Marico’s Privacy Policy which is available at Privacy Policy.
  9. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a Partnership or Agency between the Participants and Marico Limited and Participants shall have no authority to bind Marico Limited in any manner whatsoever.
  10. Marico Limited accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, Participant or any third parties. The Participants acknowledge that all information provided in the Challenge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
  11. Marico reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
  12. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these terms and conditions and any circumstances whatsoever, Marico shall not be liable for any incidental, ancillary, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits or injury or death, whether in contract or based on any theory of liability.
